Wow! I learned through Soccerpundit that the Cosmos have a website. Looks like they’re keeping the name alive. I’m not sure why some soccer fans wouldn’t want another New York team named the Cosmos. Now, I’m not saying that the next NY team has to be called the Cosmos. But if the curent owners of the trademark want to join MLS, pay the expansion fee, and have deep pockets, then I say let’s make room. If the Earthquakes work in San Jose, why not?
