A quick reminder that tonight at 9 EST you can catch "Once in a Lifetime: the Extraordinary Story of the New York Cosmos" on ESPN2. According to wikipedia the Cosmos were:
"It was the dominant NASL franchise, both athletically and financially.
The Cosmos gained even more attention and prestige for signing the
great Brazilian player Pelé
for the last three years of his career as a player. The NASL folded
after the 1984 season, but the Cosmos attempted unsuccessfully to
operate as an independent team for an additional year."
